All the information required for access to and use of the Luxembourg rail network is published annually in the NS – Network Statement, whose purpose is to help railway companies plan transport services in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. It also provides information on railway infrastructure charges.
Among other things, this document contains:
- a chapter describing the nature of the infrastructure made available to railway undertakings, and the conditions of access to this infrastructure;
- a chapter on pricing principles and tariffs;
- a chapter on capacity allocation principles and criteria.
